How Do I Script Out What I Want When Trying To Manifest Something

How Do You Even Start To Script Out What You Want?

There are so many different ways that you can script out what you want. But first, before you start writing decide on what it is that you want?

Do you want to script out what you want your life to look like? Or do you want to script out just the material things that you want? 

You can do this in so many ways but the biggest thing is not to get sidetracked by how to do it.

That means don’t let trying to figure this stuff out stop you from scripting..

Just get to writing. The more you write the more it flows out of you. 

But Before Even Starting To Script, Get Your Energy Up So That You Are Scripting Goodness Into Your Life/Day

Does that make sense?

Let me break it down for ya.

Before you start this process make sure you have done something that makes you feel good so that when you are scripting- that energy is flowing thru you. And out of you onto the paper and out to the universe. 

The energy really is what matters.

What do I do before scripting?

I use the feeling that gratitude gives me. I say what I am grateful for. And when I am feeling the feeling of being grateful for my life, I thank God in advance for all that I want by saying it or writing it down as if I already have it.

That shows my faith & thanks God for all the blessings to come. 

Prep Yourself Before You Start Scripting

Do whatever you want to do to get your energy up to where you are feeling so good & optimistic about life.

You can do that in so many ways. Here are a few:

  • Gratitude Practice- say out loud or write down what you are grateful for until you are feeling the feeling of being grateful
  • Love- Feel the love you have for your family, bf/gf, pet, etc. Let that feeling of love surround you and engulf you.
  • Happiness- Do something that makes you happy. Hold on to that feeling while you are writing. Or even write about what makes you happy.
  • Laughter- Watch some funny videos. Laughter really is a great way to get your energy up.

Create A Notebook Just For Your Scripting Practice

Find a pretty notebook that you just love to look at and make it your scripting notebook only.

And not only that get a good pen that allows your writing to flow.

Keep this notebook somewhere you will see it daily so that you will use it more often. If you can’t see it you won’t use it.

Start Writing Already

Do you have in mind what you want to manifest? Start writing. Let it flow out of you. But make sure you are writing as if you already have what you want.

There is no right or wrong way to script.

There is only your way. 

It doesn’t matter how long it is. You don’t have to be a perfect writer. You just need to write out what you want & feel the feeling that you already have what you want as you are writing.

Some people say to write it in the present tense.

I guess you can do that if that’s how YOU want to do it.

But I prefer to write it in the past tense like I am looking back on my life & writing in a diary.

You can start off by saying something like this:

“I am so happy & grateful now that I have _________”

Or write it as if you have had it for years. What would you feel like if you had what you wanted?

When I Script I Write As If I Am Writing in a Diary.

To me, it’s just easier that way.

It could look something like this:

Yesterday, I had the best day ever. I walked along the beach with my bf. We spent the day together playing by the ocean. Then later we went back to our beach house. Grilled outside with our family & friends. And just had the best time. I haven’t laughed like that hard in a long time. I am so grateful for my life.

Next entry could look something like this:

Wow! Today has been so amazing already. I woke up feeling great. Worked out for 30 mins. I have already lost 20lbs and the pounds keep falling off. I am so fit and healthy. And I feel so good! I am so grateful for my life. Thank you thank you thank you, Dear Lord!

Another entry could look like this:

Yes! Yes! Yes!! I did it! I knew I could. I am now doing what I want to do & making money because of it. I knew I could do it if I just kept on believing in myself. I am now an online business owner & my business is going so freakin great. I am able to help so many other people in the world. And the money is flowing to me. My bank account just keeps growing. It’s such an amazing feeling to be able to help other people, do what I love & get paid for it. Thank you, thank you thank you, Dear Lord!

When you read those entries how did it make you feel?

Did it make you feel good? Could you feel my energy as you were reading it?

I could. That’s how you want to script. You want to write and let your energy flow off the page.

How Can I Make Scripting A Daily Habit In My Life?

I don’t know if you have been to this blog before or if you have watched any of my videos. But I am big on making things into a daily habit, especially if it’s something that is going to help my life.

The first thing to making something into a habit is to create a trigger for yourself.

What is a Trigger?

A trigger is just something that will remind you to do something else. Like the app IFTTT (if this then that).

If I make my bed then I can say my gratitudes. If I take a shower then I can say my power affirmations. etc

You get the point.

The trigger is going to send a signal to your brain to remind you to do something that you want to make into a habit.

How To Create A Trigger To Remind You To Script Every Day

Decide on something that is going to be easy for you to use as a trigger. It could be something as simple as making your morning cup of coffee.

Here are some examples that you can use:

  • put a post-it note on your coffee pot until you get into the habit of doing it automatically.
  • After you have made your bed
  • While you’re drinking your coffee.
  • After meditating
  • Before cooking for your family
  • After cleaning the house.

Anything can be a trigger. Anything. I like to do my journaling & scripting while the kids are still asleep and it’s nice and quiet in the house still. lol.

You use what works best for you. Try out a few different things until one sticks!

My Scripting Journal

Get in the habit of talking as if you already have everything that you want. And you are living the life of your dreams except it’s not a dream anymore.

It’s your reality.

Start Scripting How You Want To Feel As If You Are Feeling It NOW

Get in the habit of scripting out how you want to feel every day as if you are feeling that way now. This will definitely help to raise your energy.

And when you can do this everyday your life will start reflecting those feelings.

So get on it like yesterday.

I wish I would have known about all this stuff when I was younger, I can imagine how different my life would be today. BUT I wouldn’t be teaching it to others now either.

Read these out loud to yourself while you are writing it down. It’s always good to speak out what you want into existence.

You can use these as examples:

  • I feel so grateful. I feel so much good energy every day.
  • I feel so creative in the work that I do. I love creating things for other people.
  • I feel so beautiful deep down inside of myself. My outer world reflects the beauty within me.
  • I am feeling so much love for others. This love flows off of me and the energy is felt all around the world.
  • I feel abundant in everything I do. Abundance is everywhere I look.
