When you are in a state of gratitude that energy that your body is vibrating is powerful. It’s ONE of the highest forms of vibration on the vibration scale.

As you can see that’s a pretty powerful vibration that you are giving off when you are in a state of gratitude.
So how can you incorporate gratitude into your everyday life?
By practicing & adding it into your daily routine.
The Art of Practicing Gratitude.
How do you even get started?
That part is pretty easy. Just start by saying “Thank You.”
I love this quote:
If the only prayer you ever said was “Thank You” that would be enough.
Why Thank You?
Because you are thanking God (your higher power) for all the blessings that you already have in your life.
Either write down what you are grateful for or speak them out.
Learn To Make Gratitude A Habit.
If you can make gratitude a daily habit then you will start to see some fast changes.
Find something that you already do that you can use as a trigger.
This will remind you to say what you are grateful for or write them down.
Have you ever heard of the app Ifttt? (If this then that)
Well finding a trigger is kinda like the purpose of that app.
You are linking up two things to get a result.
What Can You Use As A Trigger To Make Gratitude A Habit?
- *Making your coffee in the morning.
- *While taking a shower.
- *Putting your makeup on.
- *Drive to work.
- *Cooking breakfast.
- *Before or After meditation
Put a post-it note on your mirror in the bathroom to remind you to do your gratitudes.
How I Made Gratitude A Habit For The Last 3+ Years
When I was first trying to make gratitude a daily habit, I would find myself forgetting to write them down.
So I would start my daily routine then get out to the car to go to work & realize that I hadn’t done them for the day.
I was bound & determined I was going to make gratitude a habit.
I would just say them on the drive to work.
Soon that became my habit because I would get so busy before work that I could never remember. I started carrying a hand-held recorder and recording myself saying them out loud.
This has really helped because I could play the recording back when I was feeling down in the dumps. And this would bring my energy up FAST!
You can start off by saying “I am so happy & grateful that I have _______.”
How Do You Manifest With Gratitude?
After you have said or written down what you are grateful for that you already have:
Then you want to say what you are grateful for that you don’t have YET.
BUT say it in the past tense “as if” you already have it.
Like: I am so happy & grateful now that I have _______. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!
Speak about it like you have had it for a while. How does it make you feel to have it? What does it look like? What does it smell like?
The reason why I constantly say thank you is because it holds that vibrational energy that much longer.
And gratitude is so much easier of an energy to get into rather than trying to feel happy when you don’t, right?
How Has Gratitude Changed My Life?
Gratitude has totally changed me as a person.
I used to be so selfish. Although I didn’t realize it at the time.
I think I was more out for myself (that is something that happens to you after you have experienced life a little bit. You realize that the world is not what you thought it was when you are younger.)
I was totally selfish. So negative.
Had a temper.
Complained all the time. Was in survival mode.
Had scarcity mindset. Talked about how broke I was all the time.
Wah wah wah! Oh, I cringe now thinking about it. lol..
But we all have to learn and do better.
Especially if you want to be the best version of yourself that you can be.
So, how did I change as a person?
I realized how selfish I had been all that time. And I stopped taking my life for granted.
I started paying attention to the words coming out of my mouth.
I became a more positive, optimistic person.
I am so glad that I woke up.
Learning about the Law of Attraction did that.
And especially making gratitude a habit.
I now feel so much hope for the future because I realize that I can have wonderful life experiences.
I realized that I was attracting being broke. And attracting impatience and unkindness to me.. Because that was what I was putting out to the universe!
How Can You Start Being More Grateful Today?
You can start by making a gratitude journal.
Start writing down every day what you are grateful for.
Take 5 mins a day and think about all the things in your life that you are truly grateful for.
And watch and see if you don’t change too.
And not only that but you will start to attract more things to be grateful for.
