Don’t worry about where you are in life right now. Even if you feel so down that you think nothing can help you, you can do this too! This is what helped me when I was at the lowest point of my life. And I know it can help you too!
Why? Because you can always start over at any time. At any stage in your life. At any age and at any season! That is the good thing about life.
Every day is a chance to start over. I know you have heard that before. But sometimes we have to hear it again before we really get it. Ya know?
Here is something else that I am going to repeat & keep repeating.
Mindset Is Everything!
All it takes is for you to make the decision to change the way you think about everything. It’s a choice! *Isn’t that great news? Get excited about it!
Here Are Some Very Simple Ways To Start Changing Your Mindset
Gratitude is everything
When I started being grateful for all the things I already had everything started changing. This taught me how to flip my mindset to one of abundance instead of scarcity. If you can learn to make gratitude a habit you are halfway there! I have a million & 1 posts about gratitude and how it has helped me change everything about my life. Your Higher Self & Your Mindset
Asking myself daily would my higher self be doing this? What would my higher self do?
This helps me to pivot from my past way of living into thinking like the best version of myself would think.
You don’t want to create from your past. You want to create from the future you!
How would she think, show up, do & feel right now??
Here are some examples of how you can show up as your higher self:
*Get up and get dressed. What would your higher self be wearing? Put it on baby!
*What kind of ritual would she have? Start doing it right now!
*What kind of food would she be eating? How would she be feeling? Start doing these things right now!
*Create an alter ego & name her. Check out this post for help with that: How You Can Step Into Your Higher Self

This is the only way you are going to start seeing what you want to see is if you start doing what you want to do right now! Get on it!
This has been my mantra as of late.
You better get to l-i-v-i-n-g!
We got one shot to live life the way we want to live it. It’s now or never.. Get to living!!!
Affirmations For Your Mindset
Remember your mind is not your friend.
I know that is a bold statement to make but think about it.
You have an inner critic inside of your head putting you down all the time. Would a real friend do that to you? Your inner critic is always trying to hold you back, would a real friend do that to you?
I say “Hell to the N-O!”
If my mind was my friend it would be pushing me to stretch myself and take risks. It would be cheering me on to do the things that I want to do!
So start affirming to yourself that you can do the things that you want to do.
You can put yourself out there. You can do amazing things. And you can even do hard things.
But you have to DO IT! You have to do it in order to see if you really can or not.
And if you don’t do it the first time that doesn’t mean that you can’t do it. That just means that you have to keep trying and not give up.
Failure doesn’t mean that you can’t do something. It just means that you can’t do it that way. Try it a different way to get different results. Failure is the best way to learn because you are being taught lessons!
Using positive affirmations will start changing your thoughts which in turn will change your belief system.
And your beliefs are what manifest into life.
When I am feeling some kind of way I will say positive affirmations to myself.
Use affirmations like:
I am so freakin confident in everything I do.
I am amazing.
I can do this. I am able to do hard things.
Things are becoming easier for me. The more I do them the easier they become. I have so freakin got this!
I like this quote by Oprah:
*print that quote out and put it somewhere you can see it every single day. Because it’s so true. We are where we are in life because of what we believe is possible for us!
What Can You Do To Start Changing Your Mindset Right Now?
Create a daily ritual for yourself to help you start changing your mindset.
Our habits are what define our life.
Believe it or not, your daily habits can actually hurt or help you.
I know I am having to change some things up as far as my habits are concerned.

Make a plan to write down what you notice yourself doing every day.
The little things are what add up to be the most time-consuming things in your life.
Are they helping you or hurting you? How are they being of service to the big picture you see for yourself?

Ask yourself questions.
Start asking yourself questions. Question everything. Your beliefs, your thoughts, EVERYTHING! Questions like:
- would my higher self be doing this right now?
- why do I believe this to be true?
- is it really true or is it something that I was conditioned to believe to be true?
- are there other things that I can be doing that would give me the result that I want?
- what are they? List out some things that your higher self would be doing right now.
Start taking action.
All this is well and good. But if you don’t take action you’re not going to see any changes or the results that you want to see.
I don’t know about you but I am a big PLANNER! I love to plan out things.
I love planners of every shape & size.
But I have realized that if I don’t actually implement the things that I want to do then everything is just going to stay the same.

Open yourself up. Learn to think about things more optimistically. And watch what happens. You will see opportunities pop up everywhere. You will start living in abundance.
The things you tell yourself every day affect your whole life.
So start telling yourself a different story. Change your story to one that you want to live out. Not one that is limiting you on what you can do, be or have! You have so got this!
And I am right there with you!
You have to start somewhere. And you have to start sometime or you are going to continue to live the life you are living every day forever. Do you want that?

I know I just had to take the leap and just do it. Sometimes starting is all you need to do to start living the life you want to live. It all comes down to the choices you make. Are you gonna choose you? Or are you gonna stay stuck?
