How To Raise Your Vibrations When You're Having A "Not So Good" Day

In this post, I am going to help you to learn how to raise your vibrations when you aren’t having such a good day. Or your negative emotions feel like they are closing in on you!

First of all – What are vibrations?

Well, this is my way of describing vibrations. Whatever emotion that you are feeling, whether it be negative or positive, you are emitting it thru your energy. The emotion that you are feeling, like excitement or despair, emits itself off of our bodies (thru the energy that we cannot see) to the universe! This is what I consider our vibration. And no, you are not going to have good days all of the time. It’s just not possible. We are human after all! lol

How do I get my vibration in alignment with what I want?

You need your vibrations to be high if you are wanting to manifest something from the spiritual realm to the physical realm. In anything that you are trying to manifest, you cannot manifest anything positive coming from a negative space. Just like the Law of Attraction says “like attracts like.” If you are in a negative mindset, you are just going to attract more of the negative.

The best thing that you can do is realize that you need to get out of your head at that moment. Transfer your focus onto something else, in order to get that negative feeling to go away! The best thing that I have found to do in cases like this is to practice gratitude! The fastest and easiest way for me to get out of that negative mood!

Here are two ways that you can raise your vibration when you are not feeling it!

The first is by using positive affirmations. There are all kinds of awesome affirmations at the tips of your fingertips on Google. Go to google and type in positive affirmations. Find a few that resonate with you personally and use them! Say them out-loud every single day.

  • One that I used to say to myself all the time was “things are becoming easier for me.” The reason that I used this one was that I actually could believe it! It was easier for me to believe!
  • Say them twice a day if you have to.. Whatever you have to do at that moment to get you out of that negative feeling! This really works..  Make it your mantra~

But like I said above, the fastest thing that I have found for ME, to use is gratitude.. 

The second is gratitude. I know I preach gratitude constantly on this blog, but it works people I am telling you!

  • Start by taking the time to write down what you are grateful for right now! If you don’t have the time to write it down, then just say it out loud! Do you have a roof over your head? Then say how grateful you are because of that. Do you have food in your belly? Internet? Good health? A loving spouse? Beautiful kids? Say it!
  • Next, after you have that grateful feeling going on. You will know you do because you will feel so freakin grateful! Then start saying what you are wanting to manifest in the present or past tense. I usually use present. I use past tense when I am scripting! An example would be- “I am so happy & grateful now that I have an awesome job.” etc. You get the pic???

I hope this has helped you figure out some ways that you can raise your vibrations!

The more that I learn & study about the Law of Attraction, the more sense it makes to me in my life. I now know why I used to struggle so much and have a hard time. I am so glad that I heard about LOA. And I am happy to share what I learn with you!

There is always something new to learn each day.

And the more you learn the more you grow. So never stop learning! Open your mind to the possibilities that are out there to you! You don’t have to be an expert in the LOA to use it intentionally in your life! You just have to trust the process.

And KNOW that God/Source/Universe (whatever you call your higher power)  only wants what is best for you! I believe that with all my heart. We are the ones with free will.. It is up to you to decide to change your life and your circumstances! But I know that you can! You can change if you want it bad enough!
