Wow, what a year 2020 has been.
I don’t know about you but this year has really taken a toll on my emotions.
It’s like one huge roller coaster ride that just keeps going down, down, down.
I have had to take time away from my blog because I couldn’t help anyone else when I was feeling so down on everything myself.
I know you are feeling it too.
Last year was an awesome year for me. And this year started off great.
I manifested over $15k & quit my job to blog full-time.
Then everything went to hell & back pretty quickly.
After Not Watching The News For Years, I Got Sucked Back In.

Will all the craziness of the big C virus, the election, riots, etc, I got sucked back into watching the NEWS.
What a mistake that was.
Especially since I started getting all my news on Twitter.
That was a big mistake. Talk about drama and just an overall bad atmosphere.
I was never one to be into politics. I had never even voted until this year.
But as I was seeing what was going on, I started doing some research & investigating on my own.
Especially after seeing that this was happening all over the globe!
I Know This Post Is About Gratitude, Hang With Me There Is A Point I Promise.
I started getting really depressed. And try as I might, I couldn’t get myself out of this funk.
It was the most horrible feeling ever.
I know the suicide rates are thru the roof this year.
All the isolation people are feeling from being on lockdown.
It’s just too much.
How did we get here?
I have my opinion on things & your’s might be different. So I am not going to go into that right now.
Today I want to get back to the basics.
And walkthrough a Gratitude Practice with you.
You ready? Let’s do this!
The best way to start your day is to do your Gratitude Practice as soon as you wake up.
It really helps to set your day up for you.
I really need to get back into this.
I still say thank you when I remember to.
But I have gotten really complacent lately.

First things first: Say Thank You For Waking Up Again
Then: List out the basics that you have that you are so grateful for.
- Car, etc
Next: Really let the feeling that gratitude gives you encompass your body.
Feel the vibration of the energy it gives you.
Tap into it. And let it keep flowing thru you.
Saying Positive Affirmations Out Loud Really Helps To Get Your Mind in Active Mode Instead of Reactive Mode.
Say some power affirmations that will help you set your day up. Instead of you reacting to everything the day throws at you.
Power Affirmations are the affirmations that start with “I am.”
